HOW DO I INITIATE A REFUND?

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the process below: 

Step 1: Submit a request through this portal with the "Refund" form. 

Step 2: Please fill out your order number and the reason for a refund. 

Step 3: Ship your return to us. All orders must be post-marked within 30 days of the original purchase date to be eligible for refund. 

Step 4: Once we receive your returned items, you will receive a confirmation email from our team and a refund will be issued within 3 business days.
